• Sponsor youth camps and scholarships

Respect is treating others how we would like to be treated.  Integrity is being honest and trustworthy.  To encourage respect and integrity we will:

• Recognize and support the individual thoughts and opinions of others

Excellence is continually striving to achieve quality standards.  To encourage excellence we will:

Safety is abiding by laws and regulations, continually promoting a safe work environment and community.  To encourage safety we will:

Commitment is supporting the Association to achieve its' Vision and Mission Statements.  To encourage commitment we will:

• Assist employees and members in understanding the goals of the Association

Technology is solutions to increase learning and the continual growth of the Association.  To encourage technology we will:

• Provide a technological infrastructure flexible enough to meet the ongoing and rapidly changing environment of our Association
• Research and develop more efficient ways of operating our Association
